Zoning By-law Amendment: This is a City-initiated rezoning application. The application proposes to rezone the site through the application of two zones. It is proposed that one portion of the property be rezoned to L1 - Community Leisure Facility Zone, and that that portion is added to the existing Maki Park. It is proposed to rezone the balance of the site to R3O - Residential Third Density. This zone designation will permit the development of a mix of residential built forms, ranging from detached dwellings, semi-detached dwellings to townhomes.
