Zoning By-law Amendment: The application proposes a five-storey residential apartment building with a total of eight units. The roof is being proposed as an outdoor common amenity space for residents. There will be a total of six parking spaces. The Zoning By-law Amendment application is to permit changes to the number of units per building, yard setbacks, lot width, lot area, building height. The application wishes to increase the density and number of units per building to eight units where the zoning only allows four units. A lot area and lot width of 340.22 square metres and 10.43 metres is proposed where the current zoning requires 360 square metres and 12 metres, respectively. A reduction of interior side yard setback from 2.5 metres to 1.5 metres on the west side and 0.2 metres on the east side is proposed and an increase in height from 11m to 16.5m.
