That closed portion is proposed to be conveyed to an adjacent owner at the end of Flag Station Road, known as 5780 Flag Station. Then all of the Rural Countryside portion of that property and the former road allowance will be rezoned with a reduced frontage requirement to permit a residence to be constructed at the 5780 Flag Station Road.
