Zoning By-law Amendment: The City of Ottawa has received a Zoning By-law Amendment application to add 'office' as a permitted use. A change in scope to this Zoning By-law Amendment application has been made since its original circulation in April 2012. The applicant has decided not to move forward with the requested zoning provisions associated with a high-rise apartment building as originally proposed and circulated, and has submitted an amended request to permit 'office' use on the site as the zoning does not currently permit this use. As this is a significant departure from the original application circulation, this application has been recirculated for notification and commenting. View application on ottawa.ca
