Zoning By-law Amendment: Brigil Platinum Group is proposing the redevelopment of 2940 Baseline Road into four (4) mid to high-rise residential buildings. The proposal consists of rental units. A bistro and coffee shop is also proposed on the ground floor of the apartment building fronting directly on Baseline Road as well as outdoor greenspace accessible to the residents. The height schedule and the orientation of the buildings are tailored to the surrounding context. Building A has frontage along Baseline and is fourteen (14) storey. Building B, the tallest building on the lot, is sixteen (16) storey and is located in the back of the fourteen storey building, where it will have the least impact on the other developments.
