Zoning By-law Amendment: Currently zoned Residential Fourth Density - R4D with an exception (948) to allow a medical facility to occupy the ground floor. This exception has been in place on a temporary basis since 2004, with the temporary rezoning renewed in 2007. The 2007 approval expires in 2010 and the applicant now seeks to have the exception amended in order to permit the existing medical facility to continue on a permanent basis. No changes to the site or building are proposed.
