Official Plan Amendment: To amend the Secondary Plan designation from "Mid-Rise Mixed Use" to "High-Rise Mixed Use" and to rezone the property from Development Reserve Zone (DR) to Mixed-Use Centre Zone (MC) in order to allow a mixed-use development consisting residential, commercial and office uses with multiple towers of up to 12 and 16 storeys.
